Product Features

Casing

Foot mounted, end suction, single stage & vertically split for back pull-out to increase maintenance efficiency. Complying to ISO 2858 specifications. Pressure tightness test is conducted on all casings.

Flanges

In accordance to ISO 7005 (2084) PN16 / BS 4504 Class 16 specifications.

Impeller

Closed vane impellers, produced in one peice, seals on both ends, machined all over & statically balanced. Available in Cast iron Bronze and Ni-resist to suit different applications.

Shaft

CNC lathe machined stainless steel 304 shaft is designed to take the full load stresses with minimum deflection. Fitted with a high precision fully machined bronze shaft sleeve to protect the shaft while allowing its own expansion along the shaft.

Stuffing Box

ISO 3069 requirements are strictly followed & is fitted with square plaited packing, removable bush & lantern ring as standard. High quality carbon vs ceramic or silicon carbide faces mechancial seal is available as option.

Bearings

Standardised with life-lubricated, sealed deep groove ball bearings to eliminated periodical greasing requirement & to reduce maintenance down time.

Pump Design

High precision machining & strictest quality control ensures that tolerances & clearances are sufficiently & efficiently incorporated. The design of this pump encompasses the standards of ISO 2858, DIN 24255 & the centre line heights & shaft sizes are in accordance to the dimensions to metric motors to BS 3979. Working pressure to 7 bars or 100 psi and maximum temperature to 100C are accommodated.
